some guy at the gym was telling me that he bought the musclebuilding stack or something from muscle tech he is like yeah man i gained 20 pounds this month haha ...keep in mind this is the same guy who always tells me about the fights he gets into over the weekend, but he never has scrapes, bruises or cuts afterwards...and he always wins he says lol
