I think if you ever find yourself in the position where you're thinking about getting hitched to some chick you "love" you owe it to yourself to get a prenup. No, a prenup means one is tethered to reality. Half of all U.S. mariages end in divorce. Putting half of one's assets on the line, especially if the assets are substantial, is both financially irresponsible and absurd.
