yes thats correct! i have just formulated the best breakfast food EVER!

just thought i would share this marvelous creation w/ u all..

1. Make oatmeal

2. add 1scoop chocolate whey protein (not really the most ideal protein but fvcking CHOCOLATE RULES)

3. add 1tbl of NATTY pb ( MUST BE CHUNKY right there is the magic ingredient)

4. AN ASSLOAD OF SPLENDA

LET COOL (this part is fairly important.. i learned this the hard way w/ frozed dinnurs)

and there u have it..

i will be waiting for my

and i still cant believe i have NOT received one of these yet!
