I'm using synthol in my biceps, but I can safely say I don't look like that, nor do I want to. I use it to gain a little edge, not to look like a freak. Those two guys in the club look like retards.

Synthol is bad stuff, it has a purpose (to stretch the muscle facia) but overuse of the compound is basically done by everyone. Guaranteed every modern ifbb pro uses it in moderation for their lagging parts though.
