    from the post office, price depends on the area. here it's $20 for 6 months.

    well a p.o. box is for deliveries, you wouldn't keep your needles and such in there any way, so ultimately they would be at your house. Why not just get a lock-box?

    Fedex and other companies wont deliver to PO boxes. You need a PMB at a private company like the UPS store.
