Good luck bro!
I went to Parris Island for USMC Recruit Training in the early 90's and all those bastards did was run us and PT us to death. Lost alot of muscle size but at least I was ripped when I finished up. Hopefully you won't have to go overseas too long so you can be in the states and chase tail. NC & SC beaches are loaded with sweet honeys looking for a good stiff one....have a blast!

^^
True man, if you join the combat arms these days, you gotta realize for 100%certainty that you are going to actually be a soldier at war.
Like you said, I made some of the best gains of my life when I was deployed in Iraq. Hammer Strength gyms, with all the plates you need. Chow halls, with tons of food served by some Bangladeshi dudes that were easily intimidated into giving me extra food all the time. No alchohol or other temptations. A good place to grow and shoot at shit.

we had surf and turf on sundays on Camp Fallujah. Lobster, Snow crab legs, Scollops, Shrimp, Steak and prime rib fresh cut. Some of the best food I've eaten in any chow hall on any base.
eggs to order every morning....ahhh

It's very unlikely they do that being that you watch them serve it to you and the fact that when the DFAC closes they give the remaining food to the guys who serve it to us.
so no, my food has no spit in it.
