    Broke Several Plateaus Today!

    I'm excited... I finally am able to Dumbbell Row 100 lbs. and my Curl (barbell) went up to 100, plus quite a few others were up much higher... I just started taking regular Creatine Monohydrate about 3 days ago so I'm thanking that for the increase... I know it's not much to many of you guys but it's a helluva lot to me lol...

    My libido is still low, it failed me again last night, but maybe cuz of the smell of her u know what... But yeh, I'm stoked, I love seeing results and haven't seen any in awhile!

    Yeh, my first one was a huge mistake cuz I trusted a guy I shouldnt have and I lost everything, my second one was in January and was nothing really, 250 mg Test E every week, and 30 mg of dbol ed, and proper pct.. been clean for like 8 months, and plan on it for awhile!

    165, I was at 172 but my diet got all screwed up when I got sick and I got lazy... I went down to like 158 and here I am two weeks later 165... My goal is 180 atm

    I don't care, I'm not ashamed or afraid of what I've done, I don't do it now so it's pointless to care. No I did not post my myspace... And yes, I know they're attainable naturally and that's what I've done... Even with roids I wasn't lifting this much and that's because I've got a good diet down now, which I've learned is key. Not everyone's built the same, I'm built very, very ectomorphic and going into highschool 98 pounds I think I've done very good for myself... I consider my body type very similar to Frank Zane's and am striving to go for his look, so, you can have your big hulking muscles that lift insane amounts of weight, I'm aiming for 180-190 and lookin' good
