Congratulations Jay Cutler!
Yo ronnie looked like shit, he has looked like shit for some time now. Jay looked ripped and dry. Congratulations Jay Cutler, how long will you stay on top for?
IMO ronnie should not have won 8 in a row. That is just outrageous. I doubt we will ever see anyone do that again but only time will tell.

Cutler looks like a fridge, it was Martinez for the win. Politics in the Olympia suck

im happy with cutlers win. some people might suggest his is too blocky but i like that. hes short and just huge thats how it is going to turn out lol. i love his build. in person he looks freakier than anyone else. i dont get to picky about the placing. one thing i really wanted, was to see gustavo AT LEAST place in the top 6 as well as Wolf, turns out Wolf placed 5th. its his second year at olympia and he's already up there. good for him, he looks amazing.

gustavo was so pissed on his placement. Hes holding on to too much mass though, his gh gut was almost as big as ronnies. he needs to cut down

If cutler is supposedly the best in BB then it doesn't say much for the state of the sport right now.
Yes he is huge for his size, but his symetry is not good.

im going to say that i dont mind gustavo's gut. critisize me for it but thats my personal opinion. i think jay is pretty symetrical, i meen he gets really wide up top, he is one of the widest, but hell i wouldn't critique him negatively for that, his quads, hams and even glutes are very thick so he's not lacking it totally to keep up with his upper. and for the amount of gh/slin that cutler probably uses you've got to admit his stomach looks great. he doesnt even have a gut but has massive size, that to me is a nice quality. and yes, gustavo was pissed about his placing if everyone noticed how he shook his head and waved his arms on his placing. i dont blame him lol. gustavo is one of the guys where i can say he looks awesome from practically every pose, keep in mind this being my opinion, people are going to have different opinions on the types of builds they prefer. he might be slightly arrogant but from personal experience and meeting the two of them last year when working out in columbus, ohio's worlds gym, arnold classic weekend, dexter is way more arrogant. gustavo just stays to himself and appears so, but if you approach him hes respectful, dexter not so much. never the less, i like them both.

I think people throw around the word symmetry WAY TOO MUCH. Symmetry by definition means the same on each side. Identical/mirror immage.
So you are saying his left and right side are not equally sized? Or from top too bottom that his legs are either too big or too small for his upper body?
Cuz I dont possibly see how either of those are true.

Dennis Wolf really came on strong and looked good enough to be in the top three in my opinion.

You gotta be kiddin right? A troll???
Ronnie looked poor because his left lat has been injured for some time and so has his left tricep. A ronnie of 2003 would have totally detroyed everyone within 10 mins of appearing on stage.
Second statement that jay looked ripped and dry were you watching the 2007 olympia mate or 2006? The one i saw which was the 2007 olympia has jay looking off form, his back and arms look very smooth and hes holding a lot of water, defintely not 'ripped and dry'.
Congrats to him for winning, but victor martinez looked the best. Its not fair that vic was shafted, im wondering whether vic will be the next victim of the ifbb judges, the one who looks the best but because of his name never quite makes it to be mr olympia...we will have to wait and see.

Dexter, Victor, and Johnnie are my top picks. Jay won simply cause he is the current poster child for BBing, i.e. he has the most sponsors.

Its a subjective view, my opinion, but thats the nature of the game. We are not all gonna see it the same. For me Cutlers hips/waist appear too thick in proportion to his height and shoulder width. Very subtle, but makes him look too blocky.
Contrast that to Coleman 2002/3, Flex or Levrone. In my opinion Cutler just cant compete with these guys on symetry/proportion/balance.

I think it was Jays personality that won it for him.

It should be who looks the best on the day = Victor.

In my opinion it should have been Martinez, Then Jackson 2nd although it is really close. Martinez is just a little better in the legs. Number 3 would be Dennis Wolf for me. That is in an incredible back, lats looking sick from the back and front. He has time to improve too. I can see him reaching number 1 and staying there for a while. Then really I think Jay Cutler is 4th. Finally 5th would be really hard to call between Melvin, Silvio and Gustavo. Now granted the Ronnie Coleman of a few years ago would beat all these guys, but the one we got this year really didn't look that good.
