Dont leave mixed meds in syringe longer than 15 min?????

of course this chart has no test or anything like that on it, but I wonder why it says do not leave the miexed meds in syringe longer than 15 min?? does this pertain to ALL meds you put in a syringe or just these listed?

Just the incompatible ones...i guess.

yeah most juice has ba in it, ive left gear in a syringe for a while... although if you have to i guess it would be better to puyt it in a sealed sterile vial

Ive preloaded em before....dont really feel like its ideal for sterility..always makes me nervous and i hate doing it
