    Muscle twitching

    I just did an injection in my glute about 10 mins ago. And on my left side around my seratus it has been twitching. It has been twitching for about 5 mins now. Im not sure why it has been twitching for so long. Would any body now what the cause would be for it twitching.

    Sounds like you nicked a small nerve. Dont worry about it. Ive had my quad "bouncing" with the damn pin still in, lol.

    The injection went pretty good it didnt feel like i hit anything tho. im just not sure why my seratus would be twitching if i did a glute injection.

    nerves are weird man.. you can hit a nerve in one end of your body and it will affect another side..

    is it still jumping?
