how much weight do you guys lose the first week of dieting?
I just finished my first week off dieting, and I have lost 7lbs and 1/4in off arms. I think it is mostly water since the clen is seeming to really dry me out bad and make me look flat. Last time I dieted down I lost 12lbs my first week. What do you guys usually lose?

I have lost 12 pounds in 8 days. Granted, I have cut out salt, and am not eating carbs, so that will account for some extra weight that will not stay off in the long run.
I started at 18% body fat.

Ussually i lose 14 lbs in first 2 weeks.
7 lbs is fine mate, dont worry.
Most of the weight is water...infact i think when i diet that the only weight lost in the first 2 weeks really is water...the real fat loss begins from weeks 4-8 and then weeks 11-14.

i lose around 7 as well. i diet down and bulk up with protein and carbs, so i maintain strength but lose water at first during my cuts. like Britbb said, you are losing mostly water until your body has to make a decision to lose fat due to the increased cardio and the lowered calories.

Doesnt really matter...its like a contest to see who can lose the most water. I can eat McDonalds and shoot a gram of test and deca ....then the following week do cardio 2x/day and take 1ml letro ED and lose 20lbs
I wouldn't concentrate how much water you lose the first few weeks...but from then on after.
