    allready discouraged with cutting down

    man I have been cutting down for three weeks now. I have been eating totally clean, did 20min cardio 5 days a week first week, then 30min 5 days a week for 2nd week, and now adding in morning cardio 3 times a week for 45min along with half hour after workouts. I am taking full dose clen and t-3. I have dropped from 285-272. I bought one of those hand held bodyfat monitors and it read that I started at 21%, now three weeks later I use it just now and the thing still says 21%. I think I look a little leaner in the mirror, but its hard to tell. How far in before you guys look in the mirror and say damn ok im starting to look different.

    yeah I bought a crap load of t-3, now im wondering if I even want to take it with people saying it will kill muscle mass

    buff ur not going to notice it nearly as much as other people r. ur looking at yourself (not necessarily posing/flexing) several times a day in mirrors probably so everyday ur perception of your body is going to be the same as the last. i would say that after 6-8 weeks u will notice a difference. 3 weeks is kinda early. post up some before and after pics....

    Another hint would be to go over your diet again. Maybe your off on something?

    I would never take t3 without gear.... bad move. (I assume you r natty since you didnt say you were using)

    However, those handheld things are junk...dont worry about them...invest in some calipers...the seven point test is more accurate.

    Also, the mirror and caliper test are the best ways to gauge your progess. Use scales only once a week to see the general movement of your mass. You've lost 13 lbs in three weeks, thats 4+ lbs a week, which is way above the recommended 2 lbs per week, but I'm sure alot is extra water coming out from the clen , but expect your progress to slow in the coming weeks.

    Drop the t3 and re-calibrate your diet

    yeah im on cycle, just dont really care to share what it is because its some what unorthadox. Here is a picture of me at the start of my diet, the other is the bodyfat % I want to get back to, but this time at 250, instead of 230.

    i ran caffine in my diet earlier this year, 300mgs 30 mins before cardio, it had a very noticable effect just on its own.

    Reevaluate your cardio....Don't do the same thing over and over. Try this method....20mins of hard cardio..rest 20mins(can do ab work)...20mins hard again. This will keep things burning up to 3hrs past your work out. Do it 4 times a week.

    I'd up the cardio to 45 mins as well. If i do that 3 times a week with some wieghts and a decent diet I can see results pretty fast.

    Don't use the scale though, those things are the worse if you are just trying to see results. If the scale matters, just dehyderate yourself and you can loose 10lbs in a day.

    I am ashamed to admit it since I don't remember when was the last time I was natural, but now am cutting down until Feb 08, Drug Free.

    Lost 12lbs in five week and gradually decreasing, losing as minimum muscle as possible. I do cardio almost every day between 30min-to-60min (if eat like a pig, I do 60 min. cardio). I feel like after 30min you are in a zone to start dropping fat poundage, at least for me. My lifts/weights dropped, but I look very developed and after completion of priming my body, I’ll run a mad cutter. Good luck, u r not alone bro, lol

    up your cardio to bout an hour-90 minutes per day. doesn't matter when its done as long as its 3 hours after a meal, or am. keep it to 30 minutes aft a workout though. keep clean and the weight will fall off.

    I am reading alot of cardio here, but are you doing any weight resistance as well? Since I thoroughly hate cardio, from my 3x/day routine in college, I usually do a fast paced pyramid workout a few times/week which can get my HR up to around 160 BPM. You should be able to tell a difference in when you put your pants on, as well as in your face. In regards to your weight loss, remember that more muscle will burn more fat, hence the reason for adding weight resistance to your regimen. Also, make sure that your weight loss is not only due to fluid loss. Drink plenty of water afterward. If you are still not seeing any difference, post your diet(be truthful) in the Diet Forum.
