if there is a site that you normally use for gear....who can you ask or how can i ask if anyone knows when it will be back up and running?

I'm gonna point out, though, that there has been a large-scale operation to bust up UGLs. Operation Raw Deal- Google it. If it's the site I think you're thinking of, it won't be back up.
