Rob Zombie Films

I watched the movie "The Devils Rejects" and I loved it. I have not seen house of 10,000 corpses though. Is it just as good?

I really liked House of 1000 Corpses, it's very different from Devil's Rejects, but I liked them both. Corpses was more like a horror comic book put to motion, but it's still one of my favorites. I like Rob Zombie's style of direction, reminds me of 70's style horror flicks.

House of 1000 was better IMO, but both are badass.

and his remake of halloween was awesome..love his movies

If any of you have ever seen the movie vulgar, it is pretty cheesey, but has tons of potential. I would like Rob Zombie to do a remake of that.

Devils Rejects is the sequal to House of 1000 Corpses, both superb films. I loved how he shot both films with technology used in the 70's, gave it a real retro feel.

yup, rejects is a "sequal" to house of a thousand corpses, Only difference being no reference to Dr. satan in devil's rejects. In the commentary, he said he done that on purpose. Since the two movies were totally different, he felt the dr. satan character was just way too out of place.
but, i agree, rob zombie flicks are the best. and Halloween was superb.

I just got back from the video store and am sitting down to watch it right now. I love at the end of devils rejects when the cop f's them all up!

Interestingly, I read somewhere that movie directing is Robs first love, and that he only got into music and be a success so he could then make movies.

Just finished the movie. It was good, but I like the devils rejects better. I liked in the devils rejects how there seems to be a little bit of justice in the end.

Yeah, the end of Corpses let me down, but was still a hell of a ride.

the blond in both films is rob zombies wife. I have both of those movies but Halloween by Zombie? is that the new one that just came out? Im gunna have to go c it

Yeah, I liked it. His wife is in that one too. I saw it at the theater, then downloaded a copy and the end of the downloaded copy is completely different.

I like at the end of Devils Rejects, when they r drving the car and shooting, and its in slow motion. And "freebird" is playing, as everyoine is getting mowed down..lol great stuff
