Yes of course. I don't buy into the whole "ZOMG THE US GOVERNMENT PLANTED BOMBS IN THEIR OWN BUILDINGS" crap theories. But what I like about Russo is he doesn't specifically say that. All he says is that it's a phony situation and we dont know specifically what exactly happened, which is true. Like, why did NORAD not respond as quickly as they should have? That link is from the GOP and a private accounting firm audited 2006 annual report. Look at pages 293-295. It clearly shows that all interest charged to the US government is rebated back to the US government.

Our country was built on a solid foundation, our Constitution and Bill of Rights. The gov't via the Federal Reserve and the "Elite" have done an absolute stunningly amazing job of dumbing down the American population. I would go as far as to say that 85% are unfamiliar with the Constitution itself and what rights it protects.

Honest to god, have you not looked into this any further than going to a gov't site?

Answer these questions:

What is the Federal Reserve?

Is it a gov't (Federal) entity?

Who controls/prints all the money?

Who is "holding" the nations gold for the Treasury?

Why doesn't the gov't print our money (backed by gold to control the amount that can be created) when it is in their power to do so?

Where is the law that states we have to pay income tax?

Who funded the Women's Liberation movement?

What was the reason for that movement?



These questions I could not answer myself until I got into this a little deeper. I could probably give you what I believed to be the right answers. Now after hearing the truth, it makes perfect sense.

I'm just wondering, because I live in Canada, any Canadians here know whether or not the income tax we have here was originally here in the first place? Any other Canadians here know if it's the same situation as the U.S. where we were not originally supposed to have this imposed on us? I'm going to do some research on this.

The Consitituion allows for two kinds of taxes.

They are:

1. Direct Tax - A direct tax must be apportioned. Apportioned meaning to divide equally amongst the people.


2. Indirect Tax - Is like an excise tax, (IE: I can avoid tax on Gasoline by riding a bike. I can avoid tax on ciggarettes y not smoking.) This is an Indirect Tax. The constituion states "All indirect taxes must be the same (uniform) throughout all the states".

And how does the "Income Tax" that we are supposedly required to pay meet any of these two requirements? Simply, IT DOES NOT!


In 1894, Congress attempted to inact a income tax law. The Supreme Court ruled it "Unconstitutional". They tried again in 1913 and the Supreme Court ruled that "The 16th Ammendmant confured No new power of taxation". If they didn't have it then and they didn't get it, then they don't have it! There is no consitutional basis for attacks on the wages of the Americans living and working in the 50 states of the Union. Period, end of arguement.

Edwin Vicira Prof. of Constitutional Law was interviewed and he stated that the Supreme Court defined what income was in the Isner vs. McCumber case... and it was gains and profits which meant taxing corporate profits NOT wages or labor!

MotoXracer: This isn't me against you. I really want to know why these people have been found INNOCENT if there is such a law that requires us to pay income tax?
