    Bingo. Only thing I was thinking was holding on to the money to see if in fact nothing did happen but it aint even worth me monkeying around with it

    i dont see how they could do that. if u went to a bank where ur not a customer or any other of the millions of places they cash checks.

    dont let him send it though paypal!! he can complain the parts were not what he wanted or damaged or w/e and then paypal gives him back his money. ive seen it happen to a few people.

    Just because the check clears at your local bank doesn't mean its a good check. It can take a few weeks for the bank to determind the check is bad after they have given you your cash.
