How the Police Create Crimes: Criminals With Badges

Take heed, ye red-blooded American males. The police are operating a new sting designed to destroy your life.

The police are planting attractive women half naked in parks. They entice passing males, engage them in conversation, lay back, spread their legs and rest their feet on the men's shoulders.

After being as friendly and suggestive as possible, they ask to see your penis.

Don't show it to them. You are being filmed by police. If you show your penis, you will be arrested as a pervert.

Only American police, judges, and juries could think that responding to a seductress's invitation is proof of perversion. But, hey, you live in America where Christians believe that killing as many Muslims as possible for Israel is God's work. Don't expect a dumb Amerikan jury, or a self-righteous Republican judge, or a mindless law professor to understand entrapment.

No, this is not a joke. It is actually happening. Last May in Berliner Park in Columbus, Ohio, Robin Garrison, a 42-year-old firefighter was lured into arrest by a half naked woman under a tree.

In reporting the story, the idiot--possibly some male-hating feminist--who wrote the headline for ABC News describes the above: "Topless Woman Lured Perverts in Police Sting."

Get that, red-blooded American males. You are a pervert if you show your penis to a woman who is seducing you.

The reporter, Marcus Baram, is not indignant about the sting. Neither is Gabriel Chin, a University of Arizona law professor who says: "It's not entrapment to give somebody an opportunity to commit a crime."

It was Anglo-Saxons who made laws against entrapment. Thanks to law professors like Chin, gullible reporters and jurors, and corrupt police, prosecutors, and judges, Americans no longer have the protection of law. In the Orwellian world in which we now live, a male who succumbs to female seduction is a pervert.

The American police have never prevented crimes. In olden days, the police solved crimes by finding the guilty party. No more. In our time, the police create crimes. And that is why the US prison population is twice the size of China's, an authoritarian country with a population four to five times larger than America's.

And not only in Columbus, Ohio, are crimes created by police. The corrupt New York Police Department ensnared 300 innocents during 2007 via "Operation Lucky Bag." Police place IPods, cell phones, wallets, and shopping bags containing items in New York subway stations. The items appear to be dropped, lost, or abandoned. Anyone who picks up one of the planted items is arrested for "subway grand larceny."

This particular police atrocity is in conflict with New York law, which allows someone who finds property 10 days to turn it in to the police or to find the owner.

The corrupt NYPD says that the property left as bait has not been abandoned, but is the property actively left by an officer who is still in the vicinity."

There you have it. The American Police--"support your local Gestapo"--spend their time engineering false crimes and not investigating real crimes. Americans are more at risk from the police than they are from criminals.

On December 29, I received yet another email from a law-abiding American family harassed by police. The family refused to sell a $75,000 piece of property to a deputy sheriff for $4,000. Farm operations were obstructed. The mother was stopped every time she went out in the car. The son was framed and sent to prison.

Never make the mistake of calling the police, and never get stopped by a traffic cop. You run the risk that he will drop a bag of drugs into you car and arrest you on a drug offense. If you encounter a police officer, be sure you have thousands of dollars with which to buy him off from making false charges. Most police charges are false charges. Americans need to wake up to this fact or the American prison population will outstrip the rest of the world combined.

If this is true then I am afraid all I can say is the US is heading downhill faster than I thought. You guys as a nation are going to have to stand up to this sh!t at some point before you have no civil liberties left.

Yeah, did some research, seems credible source. The shocking thing to me is the level of apathy around the increasing infringement of LE on rights on people in the US.

But then I am not sure whether this is just apathy or whether this is the way the people actually want their LE to behave, and are therefore silently endorsing??

How can you give a person the oppertunity to commit a crime?

I may deviat a little but there was a show on tv few weeks back... a guy who is world famous for the powers of suggestion tried to see if he could make a group of people who have NEVER done anything wrong in their lifes and have upstanding careers in the community to commit crimes topping it off with a serurity van robbery.
He hand picked 4
or 5 out of a group of 10 or so career types and after suggesting certain things to them over a couple of weeks managed to convince them to take a pistiol and do an armed robbery . Only one bottled it at the last minute, when asked what they did it for they didnt really understand why they had. Was very interesting but proves if you put people in the position they will act in a way they cannot fathom. Punishing them for commiting a crime for it esspecially since they were lured in to it is wrong no matter how all these wankers look at it.

The funniest part is that is says the attract a male, then they lay back and put their feet on the males shoulders. That would look pretty friggin hilarious. A man standing up and a woman LYING down, yet her feet are on your shoulders.

the thing is with this is there is no entrampent law in the UK, i think there may be somethign in scotland but as for England and Wales there is not. But i have never heard of cops doign a sting operation, i mean its not Pro active policing really is it.

While walking in Hyde Park, Kensington week or so ago i spottd a sign "thiefs beware plain clothed police opperate in this area", i said to my father then "what the **** is tht about?" All the pickpockets etc see that then the go sumwhere else, why not let them operate then throw the book at them... only problem is they would probably be 4 hours int he Pig station getting processed then released on bail, appear in court to be fined £80 or sumthing stupid like that.

true but as it is still illegal to have gay sex in some countires, bit of a different thing than straight sex since religion has a big part to play in many people lives including the policy makers and straight sex is still in this day and age seen as a natural act unlike gay sex.

If something that has never happened to you or anyone you know, chances are it is something unusual. At the very least it would probably end up being a dude or something. The last thing a beautiful woman needs is a random guy walking through the park to bang her. Come on guys, dont fall for every too-goog-to-be-true situation you might find yourself in.

Agree that you have to be pretty dumb (or desperate!) to fall for something like this, but that is not the key issue here.

Why is LE attempting to entrap people? Why are they putting so much effort and wasting limited resources to lock up some poor dumb ass with a hard on for a half naked woman that appears to be encouraging him into some sexual activity?

You are right. I am not trying to argue. I even love the show cops, but hate the ones where they dress up like prostitutes or sell fake drugs. I always felt that was boring and a bit shady.
My only point was that I thought maybe in that area there was a man who was exposing himself to people and they wanted to catch him. Maybe he tended to expose himself to women sunbathing, for example. In an attempt to catch that person they may have set something like this up in an attempt to catch a specific person or anyone else who happen to fall for it. I agree though that it is senseless.

This is no different than buying drugs from an informant working for a cop or a female cop acting as a prostitute. The only thing I don't understand is why they want to arrest people for indecent exposure so bad. I wouldn't think that crime is high up on the priority list, maybe not I don't know. The main thing is that attractive girls don't sit in parks half naked and entice guys. That should have been the first sign, then when she asks to see your penis, clue #2.
