    cool b-day gift

    i had my b-day on the 10th and my gf gave me a hand-blender. Sounds wierd eh? Its cool as hell! no more lumps in the whey drinks! I just put some milk in a wide mouth bottle. Scoop some protein. Blend away! It comes out smooth and frothy with easy clean up. Just run under water. I may even try water next (instead of milk). usually the taste blows, but you never know.

    anyway, im just sharing

    at least she gave you something practical and you can use it everyday. better than some sweater you can't wear b/c it's 100 degrees outside and it's pink.

    Those hand blenders are much easier to clean up then the big ones.
