Anyone know a good program to creat VCD's???

I need to know of a good program that will let your avi and mpeg files be played from a disc on your DVD player? Any suggestions?

i have Ahead's Nero - plus a few plugin's that come with it which helps you to make a SVCD, and a mp3 plugin which works great. let me know if you want them, i'll be happy to email them to you - they are relatively small in file size. or i can burn you a cd, either way, whatever, let me know.

I've used both Adaptec & now Nero and I like Nero better now for some reason. Interface is just more user friendly.

Super VCD a little better quality than VCD. SVCD's will play on some DVD players. Check your manual. I would love to burn Ronnie's "The Unbelievable" to a VCD and have it running in the DVD player while I work out!

I haven't done any of those things before myself, but anytime I need some help with choosing a program, a good place to check up on is www.deja.com There are tons of people there who list different programs and how to do stuff. It's like a news group.
