Im not sure what his policy is there, in the UK if the Police are in attendance at a RTA on a multi-carridgeway road the Fire Serivce are to pull up inline, infront of the incident.
This not being the case here but to be honest the cop was way out of line. I can see his point of causing a problem by shutting off another lane and possibly creating another accident but come on use a bit of common dog.
