    it doesn't give protein levels or how much causes what. i'm sure it is true if you eat 2000g of protein daily.

    That article is absolute crap, not very factual at all. High uric acid causes a syndrome called Gout,which is one type of arthritis. Animal fats and not proteins have been associated with heart diseases. I could go on and on, everyone do themselves a favor and forget that you ever read this piece of crap.

    agreed that it is garbage. you can also get "water poisioning" but that is after repeated abuse of liquids. anything is bad in large quantities. to say that one thing is generally bad is crap.

    deranged proteins are usually the result of a genetic disorder, and arent harmful unless your body is screwing up an essential protein. As for breaking them down, why would it be any harder than a regular protein? This article is junk and doesnt cite any legit medical studies. The only protein you need to worry about is Prions, which will denature proteins in your body until you die from complications (mad cow disease). So dont eat any animals that were infected, and dont eat rotting meat, you should be fine...
