Phil Heath will definitely win it with Gustavo coming in second just like last week.

But I just realized Dexter wasn't at the Ironman so Phil first and Dexter and Gustavo the next two.

i would like to see dexter win.
I wish Jay would come back and do it. Man, all my favorites from five years ago are all washed up and gone it looks like! I guess not having FLEX magazine around me to shove these guys and their supps. in my face I kind of lost touch with who's who these days.

if the judges are looking for mass and proportion im hoping branch places within the top two. hes somewhat underrated. gustavo is a fav of mine but is blocky which they hold against him, but i think looks great. and id rather see david henry take the spotlight before dexter. just due to sheer personality. plus hes proportioned pretty well and has a really tight midsection every time hes on stage.......

I honestly think Phil Heath has a chance at Olympia, I think he will be in the top 3 for sure. I was at the Ironman and this guy looked ridiculous, he was so dry it was unbelievable.

hey guys sorry its hard to follow it from england, all we get over here is flex and MD and even there hard to get hold of.
why no markus ruhl or dennis wolf doing the arnold?
to qualify for the arnold is it just a pro card you have to have, or is there like a "qualifying arnold", just like finishing 1-3 in a pro show gets you entry to the O.
also has the ironman happened yet this year? what where the results?
(i can see a lot of people screaming at there screens - WHO IS THIS GUY) but seriously its so hard to keep up with everything over here! lol.
