Well thats what I hate about chicken breasts, they become to dry. Do you find it has a better taste then using stove and pan?

Just make sure you marinate the chicken well, Otherwise I love it

when u use the foreman ur restricted as far as things u can do compared to a skillet or oven. i like to bake chicken breast in the oven wit onions, cilantro and tomato sauce. u cant do that on a grill, obviously.
but u might wanna try dizz's advice and marinate it. i never tried that myself

i only grill steak and beef. i bake my chicken. the grill doesn't work well with chicken in my experience. but it's magic on my steak and beef.

Got one for Xmas, used it twice, couldn't get it clean, so I trashed it.
Saw a TV ad for a convection oven, the reviews are pretty good, but got one with a glass top instead (the plastic ones wear out after a year or so). The Supentown ovens are about $70 at Amazon.com, and are supposedly pretty good. Ordered one a couple days ago, should get it next week, will find out for sure then . . .
Here's an ad for another countertop convection oven -- looks good on TV, dunno how it performs.

i've got a plain ole electric grille...non stick coating, does a great job...leaves good grille marks while cooking. only complaint is cleaning the damn thing.

for the money an indoor grill is beyond worth it. sometimes you dont have time or are too lazy to fire up a barbeque and its leaps beyond putting a ****in steak on a frying pan. buy one, you'll use it.

i've never baked my chicken breast (because i don't know how lol)....i always marinate and grill....favorite thing to do is put the breast in a ziploc with italian dressing overnight, get up and grill it outside....maybe some cajun seasoning and i'm set........

everyones raggin on it drying out chicken, anyways, try throwing in a frozen chicken breast. it takes about 10 minutes, its crispy brown on the outside and really really moist inside, and no added fat needed in cooking
