Man we trained back. It really pushed me because I didn't want her moving weight any where near me so I kept adding on more.

exactly where i would be... only i would be trying to keep up with her. i like training with guys bigger than me because it gives me that mental boost. i'm sure i would probably hurt myself if i was trying to lift with a lady.

She looks a lot more feminine than some of the other women who compete. You forget I go backstage. I've seen them naked.

i was at the show, and happy with the placing overall but i really wanted to see branch at least come in third. actually would have prefered something along the lines of dexter, branch, heath, and david henry up in the top 6. i like dexter for his conditioning and just overall unique build and david henry his conditioning and find him underrated. gustavo and branch for their mass for sure, branch usually conditions better than gustavo of course we can all agree. but very happy with the show, awesome turnout and stage set up...branch looked great, henry looked great, thats what i wanted to see
