    AR evolved - take a bow!

    Been around here a while... seeing the major changes lately.... the new video player on the home page... injected column... new mag MuscleEvolution comin outta these guys... the forums keep growing faster then a 10 foot guy on 10 grams of test and tren lol! Things are moving forward at a quick pace now - the info provided should help vets and newbs alike get better and better at this game we call bodybuilding...

    Just sayin hats off to the boys... you know who you are and the work your doin... take a bow!
