UK Budget....
Hey guys its the budget today.
Funny how a few years back it never bothered me that he budget was on.... now since im on my arse and paying out more than i am able to actually keep makes me take note in what happens.
My guess is im gonna be paying out more on pretty much everything i buy, ill just have to wait for july untilll i get my pay rise to balance it out....
Oh yeah fvck i forgot, my payrise (if i get one) wont cover the different that is added to the budget. The whole reason why i take interest in the first place. God im blonde....
Before i put up whats has been taxed again... I hate the UK it sucks balls and its part of the reason i want to quit this place.
My Top 6 issues wiht the UK.
1, Crime, Taxation (joint first)
2, National Health Service

Alot to complain about, its still easier to make a living in the UK, Crime is not even close to SA's statisitics, Atleast you have a very healthy health service and if you get injured etc then you know you have the cover, Immigration...pfft!.. Youth....? Weather, I dont like it if people complain about the weather coz that wont get you through life, Money will get you through. I know it sux to pay 16p of every 1pound you earn to the government but what the hell. just my Opinion! :-)

Too much crime for the money and resources police and associated organisations have.
Too many taxes on the working man, mainly to feedthe poor (or lazy as they also known)
National health service is on its arse even though a tax payer likes me pays £84 per week towards it.
Immigration is a joke, too many people come here to sponge off the goverment. Who foots the bill? the majority of these also add to crime stats. I dont know about you but ive noticed a drastic rise in crime in the UK since it joined the EU.
The youth of today are taking the piss, they either are lay abouts with no respect or want to achieve something but cant because their family is working class and cant get any help towards education.
Weather... well with probably up to 75% of the days been rainy and/or cloudy, is it any wonder 200 000 tax paying brits are leaving the UK each year for sunier pastures.
But its ok because the national statistics suggest that the UK popultion is no different from a number of years ago, perhaps because the British born workers leaving the country are being replaced by layabout benefit leeching refugees.

Nah i dont want to dissagree with you there mate but you are wrong.
The lower income tax is 20% the upper is 40%. on top you have to contribute £82+ per week for national insurance. on top of rising energy bills and food costs and the fact that the ecnomy is slowing and pay rises are not keeping in line with it adds to the frustration that the Uk is a bit of a piss taker when it comes to someone working and paying a living.
Makes you realise how expensive it is here when you go to places that use to be known as been deer to travel too.

Erm off the top of my head, im about 10k in debt. All ive payed off myself with no help from anyone
Yeah i just add to the statistic though. It would be nice to see a drop in certain things like fuel prices heating bills etc, on top of rising council tax and other such likes it makes it hard for people to get by. I cant remember what the figure was exaclty but i think the average family is £190 worse off each month since last year because of rising energy costs and food prices. And as i have now found out the delightfull Mr. Brown (P.M) doesnt really think its much of an issue since his treasurer has announced how much more they are gonna be taking us for.
i love it though...

I'll help him out !
My Top 6 issues with the UK.
1, Crime, Taxation (joint first)
If you own something nice people will always vandalise, as for tax where do i end:
council tax
road tax
general tax
4x4 tax
driving in the city tax
some roads and bridges have their own tax
permit parking fee = parking tax
airport tax
Petrol aka Gas is like 70% tax
New low emissions tax for lorries
where does it end.
2, National Health Service
Its free i guess but then i never use it and i pay of it with all the tax anyway and the people that do use it don't work or pay tax. o i forgot you can also catch MRSA from a hospital in the UK if you lucky enough. i would rather not have it free and pay for it privately.
3, Immigration
The door is open to every Tom Dick and Harry.. you even get free benefits like housing, food stamps etc, so come on over for a free ride on the tax payer if you like...
3, Youth
most of the young people these days are numbskull's have nothing better to do than hang around shops and vandalise or collect ASBOS or get drunk and cause endless problems.
4, Weather
This is the main reason i want to leave the UK not that the above isn't enough.. Its 98% bad, over cast cold and unpredictable.
i would like to elaborate a little more but i'm actually become a little depressed ....

55p extra on a bottle of spirits from tonight, talk about raping the party. Don't even get me started on EU common agricultural policy, billions of pounds of tax payers money going to inefficient farmers in france, doesn't seem all that great to me.

Ok guys heres a overview of what today has all been about:
Alcohol duty rates to increase by 6 per cent above inflation: beer up 4p a pint, cider 3p a litre, wine 14p a bottle and spirits 55p a bottle. (there is my alcoholsim problem going out the window)
cigarettes will go up by 11p for a packet of 20. (lucky i dont smoke)
From April 2010, no car tax will be paid in the first year on cars that emit less than 130 grammes per kilometre of CO2, with a higher first-year rate for the most polluting cars. (Im only just affording to run a shed of a car so no chance of me gettgin a new one to benefit from this)
Vehicle fuel price to go up by 2p per liter from October 2008. (better invest in some good walking boots)
Revenue from plane duty will be increased by 10 per cent because aircraft emissions are forecast to grow. (they are trying to price people out from leaving the country)
Legislation to come into force in 2009 to impose a charge on plastic carrier bags if progress is not made on a voluntary basis. (Ill use my gym bag on the way from the gym)
Growth and low inflation will be maintained, as the economy has expanded for a record ten years. (shame pay hasnt stayed in line then)
Goals are to tackle climate change and wipe out child poverty. (yeah ok!)
Turbulence which started in US has affected all markets worldwide. This poses "major risk" to world economies. (thas it guv, blame the yanks)
Britain has maintained confidence in the UK banking system. (dont put me in that bracket, im gonna go off shore when i actually have money to put in a bank)
Most stable economy in G7, with lower unemployment than France, Germany and Italy. (becasue all the other europeans are all over here working)
Growth forecasts lowered worldwide, but British economy grew by 3 per cent, fastest of any economy. (where is my fvcking pay rise cvnty)
Growth forecast reduced to 1.75 per cent - 2.25 per cent. (ah so they arent so sure it will keep climbing)
Inflation will rise before returning to 2 per cent target in 2009. (yeah because they can predict the future)
Up to 70 000 new affordable homes to be built each year. (BS, ive been hearing that for atleast 5 yeas now but house prices are still at record levels, too bad you give all free houses to all the fvcking asylum seekers)Last edited by Odpierdol_sie!; 03-12-2008 at 01:49 PM.

Seems to me that there are two issues.
You guys find the socialist policies flawed.
The government is not conservative enough.
If thats the case I totally understand you guys

Yes i think you got it in one there Prada. Well two then lol.
Nothing makes me want to try anarchism more. Free trade, direct democracy an all that sounds great and surely cant be half as bad as how this shower of shite is going to end up, but to be realistic and honest its probably as flawed as the idealogical views and policies that our goverment has already in place.

evening Odpierdol
i have to agree with everything you pointed out mate
crime is a joke now, people aren't scared of being caught as the punishments aren't a deterrant, we avoid putting people in prison as they are full etc , crime numbers are down..simply because less crimes get reported
when i reported a crime I was put through to 3 different people, and it took 30mins - bit of a joke
immigration is a sad case, whereby we are letting all the less than respectable types here to do as they please, free house, etc all paid for by people like you and me
youth of today is an odd one, some will do well, but yes this 'chav culture' is beyond a joke, there are too many of these types, who drive fast in their cars, causing danger, and hassle, they sit outside my work - i work nights up in Stoke on Trent, and the chavs are always in office car parks at night smoking/drinking, driving round-what are these people going to do? be takers..not givers, they wont benefit our country at all
nhs, wow, that's a good one, people always think our NHS is good as it's ;free ...no , as you pointed out, we pay for it-it's free for the immigrants and the lazy benefit 'survivors'
for example a friend of someone in the government came over from an african country, has expensive surgery under NHS-then went back home..didn't pay a penny-and this is just one of many
No wonder all the decent hard working brits want to leave the country, we would then have a country of lazy chavs / immigrants / criminals and benefit scroungers!
