"I can make you thin" on TLC with Paul Mckenna
Its that time to start thinking about what you'll look like in your bathing suit. I saw a show on TLC called "I can make you thin". It airs on Sundays at 9 pm I believe. The first episode was titled "The secrets of naturally thin people" in which he told his 4 golden rules of concious eating:
1. When your hungry eat
2.Eat what you want
3. Eat consiouscly, no t.v. nothing just eat.
4.When you think your full stop eating.
The key to his philosopy on concious eating is how you eat:
1. Take a bite and put it down. If using silever wear put it down.
2. Chew 20 times per bite and savor the flavor
The key is to recognize when you body is telling you that you are full. When you are distracted you dont pay attention to your stomach and you start to "eat with your eyes" because you start to want to finish your plate (if your like me you parents always told you to finish you plate).
When you actually try this it really does work. You recognize when your stomach is full. Just try it.

but, I don't want to be thin. I want to be so big and wide I walk thru doors sideways!!!!

i have the opposite problem, i need to push myself to eat MORE.
