In Flames have a new CD out - A sense of purpose. Pretty good for metal music.

for gym music and workout music, I recommend european dance music.......
it's ALWAYS the best motivational tool for me...
.....and you don't have to tell anyone at the office if u just listen to it on the mp3 player at the gym ....
.... here's a compilation series on itunes that I recommend:

During workout these six songs I cycle/repeat, but I usually use song 1 & 3 to kick start what ever lift I am doing:
1 - Bodies - Drowning Pool
2 - Meaning of Life - Disturbed
3 - Down with the sickness - Disturbed
4 - Fear - Disturbed
5 - Soldiers - Drowning Pool
6 - Best of You - Foo Fighters
After work out, cool down, usually walking the indoor track (you can feel the A/C in there), I listen to slow music:
1 - Collide - Howie Day
2 - You and Me - Lifehouse
3 - You're Beautiful - James Blunt
-
Amon Amarth- Fate of Norns
Burzum- Phylosifum
Limbonic Art- just anything for them
Katatonia- Brave murder day
Arcturus- Aspera Hyms Symphonia
