new job.. help
I got a new job, same company but new position. However, the problem is that Im behind desk 8 hours a day... I get two 15min breaks and 30min lunch and thats it.. Well heres my problem. Im not burning any calories all day long and I gained 1 inch on my stomach on my 10% bf frame.. The only instant gradifaction i can get durring work is food, eating, snacks, and drinks... I never eat empty calories (chips, junk food, ect).. But I have 2 sugary juice drinks a day.. What can I do to not get fat durring the work day.. It sucks.. What do you guys do, those who work behind a desk 8hrs a day... Thanks

Sucks man.
I worked outdoors and stuff on construction sites all my life. I got an 8-5 desk job at the beginning of last year..... and I got fat.
Eating unhealthy because of boredom behind my desk when I really wanted to be out doing actual work.... and lack of movement. I was literally sitting on my ass 9 hours a day, working out 4 days a week (lifting - no cardio really)and then going home to sleep.
I quit that job in February and now I can see my abs again.... fvck desk jobs!

I spend a lot of time at my desk plus I sit about 10 feet from our breakroom....DANGERUOS! I haven't had much problems with my weight but it makes me lazy sometimes. If I were you, I would step up your cardio before you go in to work and stay away from those sugar drinks...water only!

you need to make up the time in the gym doing cardio. Also just try and keep the diet real clean.

Simple, either try and get out and move around on your breaks (walk/jog/run). Or take in less calories.
