    this is a serious question, do all females get gyno?

    "Gynecomastia " by definition is the development of abnormally large breasts in men, so technically no, women don't get "gyno."

    No idea though if it affects their breasts. I would guess not because their bodies are used to handling estrogen, but I really don't know.

    ah yes, better clarification. it would be called gyno, duhhh, my bad

    the correct word would be boobs.
