I found the best method to helping you go to sleep
For dinner i ate two huge homemade burgers 95% lean meat, a can of greenbeans and little brown rice. To wash it down i had a huge glass of OJ ( i love OJ). Then the killer *drumroll then i had two , yes, not one but two carmel vanilla drumstick ice cream cones. I looked at the box and just with the cones alone my calorie count was 960 !!
So then i go to lay my head down for a second and woke up an hour and a half later. Talk about a crash
There are times where having a fast metabolism is a good thing.

I don't know, for me the best to go to sleep is with a good BJ.

I like to jackoff before bed, that seems to help. I would have my women do it for me but she is already asleep. So I just aim in her direction and let her deal with it in the morning.

eating a lot before i go to bed makes me throw up in the morning

i love a nice cheat meal before bed......before bed is the only time I can eat a cheat meal, that way, I can prevent a cheat day from happening.

Best thing i found to go to sleep is a unison sleep pill & some Melatonin
