    My BF%

    Ok I am small as hell, i know it already, dont flame please. Ok so what do you all think my BF% is? I was just wondering because i am just recently getting into lifting, and want to know if i should work on my abs more, or if I just have too much fat there.. Oh and this is the best pic i have, sry!

    Im am 5'8 165 LBS

    I meant was should i focus more on cardio then abs, or the other way around

    you should just work everything. your not at the point yet where you should focus on just one body part

    i would start bulking if i was you. abs arent an amazing bodypart. develop a solid physique and then you can work on cutting down, otherwise you'll just have a skinny body with abs, and anyone can have that.

    The more muscle mass you have the more efficient your metabolism is. More calories will be spent and thus actually easier to lose fat.

    Eat frequently, eat clean, and hit the weights and cardio as hard as you can. From the looks of your body you are fairly young, so you should have an amazing potential to make solid gains without introducing any anabolics to your body. You need to up your calorie count- try eating 7-8 times a day and gauge yourself from there adjusting as you go. Be healthy and save all that other crap for down the road.

    Thanks, I am only 19, and I am NOT even thinking about the sauce. Maybe after 4-5 years of work, but not yet, need a solid base to work off of to get the most gain. And look at me, I am young, alot of room for work naturally is there!
