    Trouble Sleeping

    Hey guys im having trouble sleeping getting a good solid 8 hours deep sleep.. any one got anytips or supplements that wont have anybad side effects to help.. as you all know you cant get big without a good sleep

    i rotate benadryl and melatonin.

    50mg-100mg benadryl and 3-5mg of melatonin taken a couple hrs before bed.

    try ZMA, Valarien root, Tyrtophan pills.... Beating off before bed also helps

    melatonin gives me the craziest dreams man..i have killed people and done shit outta this world on that shit, makes me afraid to take it, but i sleep soooo good....are you takin any "supps" right now that can be causing sleep issues.....tren ???

    lol watch relentless by ronnie coleman.

    the guy sleeps at 3 am and gets up at 8-9 he even says he rarely sleeps.

    IMO sleep is the least priority, diet is always #1 and training is always #2.

    but some of those sleep aids give you the trippiest dreams.

    dude, i dont drink a whole lot....But the other day, I got wasted enough to pass out at about 12:30 which is early for me......then the next night, i got to sleep at 11:30 and got 11 hours of sleep....next night went to sleep at 12 and got 8 hours of sleep.....some cool ass dreams too.

    agreed. the real secret is regulating your bodys internal clock. no sleeping in on weekends, no late nights, just the same bedtime and wake up times all the time.

    of course for most people its basically impossible to accomplish this.

    i used to take nyquil when i had really bad insomnia, it only worked for about a week but the shit knocked me out hard.

    ive thought about taking melatonin and sometimes wish i could have ambien...but drugs are usually a bad choice

    Gotta agree, you need to go to bed at a similar time everyday and wake up nice and early.

    Yup i do this all throughout the week and i fall asleep like a baby. I mess up when it comes to the weekend as i ended up sleeping in and sleeping for about 14 hrs ! It feels great but come Sunday when i am trying to go to bed early i have trouble.

    Drugs are bad choice....DO this go work out for 1.5 hrs come back take a shower make sure dsm dont see u..have a sex and go to bed...if u cant sleep have a anal sex and u will sleep like a baby

    after I came back from Iraq, I was only sleeping 3-4 hours a night. I was prescribed valium. I dont like it- makes me feel like crap when I wake.

    Try Ambien. Works well and you feel good next morning. No sides.

    Melatonin always worked for me. Some reason I felt better taking that than stuff like "Tyenol PM" for example. Cause I felt it was more natural

    melatonin is a natural chemical that is in your body put in a pill form for a sleep aid...works great they even have chewables for the kids...

    i suck at sleeping.

    3-4 hours regular. i have to get up for work in the morning so i dont have the luxury of waking up on my own.lol

    i've gotten used to it though. i'd like to sleep alot more though,
    i havent been dreaming much lately, i used to have lucid dreams almost every night when i was working nights as i could wake up anytime.

    unisom sounds interesting.. i'd love to try dmt as well. i wonder what effect it would have prior to sleep ( dmt is the chemical your brain produces when you dream ).

    a lady friend and some piff is always good, i end up staying up late if i have a lady around though. haha i'm an animal

    I've had insomnia problems as well, can you buy Ambien online or anywhere without a prescrip? Other than that I just take melatonin and spank out a load right before bed and i sleep like a baby

    i have had to resort to something new i usually sleep twice throughout the day. after my workouts i fall asleep for anywhere from 2-5 hours get up agian have another meal than i cant sleep till really late but get another 3-4 hours sleep.

    I think it was in one of colemans video he slept in 2 blocks of 3-4 hours. I just seen his recent DVD he even admits he rarely sleeps.

    So far i havent seen sleep effect my muscle growth. However i make sure i have gotten enough sleep or feel awake and aggressive enough to have a good workout.

    If your feeling to tired all day try to take naps.

    Are you cycling anything that could be effecting it? It could be the heat aswell.
