    Exclamation Drug Rant

    I don’t understand the mentality and advice frequently given on this board. Just about every other thread I read is concentrated around making drugs the solution and not attacking the real issue.

    Want to cut fat? Use clen and T3, oh and drink your winny!

    Got bloat? Run more AIs, that’s always good.

    Not gaining weight? You better add 5 more compounds to your never-ending list of gear.

    Can’t get your dick up? Well cialis is for you!

    Don’t have 10 weeks to run a proper cycle? Heck, run 2g of test and 1g tren for 4 weeks.

    Got a huge breakout of acne from your cycle? There is plenty of drugs for that too!

    It’s getting damn scary around here. And when you do get someone who does chime in and ask for a review of the thread starter's diet, rest, and training regiment, its always ignored or hardly discussed. We need to get back to basics. Simplify. Listen to our bodies instead of covering up the problems.

    Keep in mind that Im posting this thread out of concern for our vastly growing and very YOUNG community, not to bash or flame.

    lol... the name of the site pretty much sez it all though doesnt it? If youre looking for good training and diet forums this aint it and it never will be.

    I agree, to a point. Diet should always be tweaked first. But for instance on a test/dbol cycle, with a proper, low sodium diet, many still experience bloat. I feel a modest dose of arimidex is acceptable. PCT requires drugs, but to cycle and not take PCT because they are drugs wouldn't make much sense. I agree that not just on this board but in society as a whole drugs are often the first choice when they should be the last resort. Kid doesn't pay attention in school? medicate them. kid is too active? medicate them. Got stress at work? take a pill. I get so tired of that attitude, and the damn commercials just make it worse. I swear some times I see prescription drug commercials that don't even tell me what they are for. "ask your doctor about (insert clever drug name here)" and it shows someone walking a dog on a beach. I'm thinking "I like dogs and the beach, I need some of those pills" lol
    It's all gone way too far.

    100% agreed.

    its a pain in the ass. noobs just ignore good advice and wait for someone else to validate their stupid ideas for cycles etc

    lol... when drug commercials dont mention what they are used for it is because they dont wish to disclose the related side effects. no mention of the purpose = no requirement to list the side effects... verbally mention the purpose = verbally disclose all side effects. its a marketing strategy.

    are you kidding me? nark still frequents the diet forum and we have huge arrays of diet info on both bulking and cutting.

    if it wasnt for this place i wouldnt know how to bulk at all.

    i guess i can see where you are coming from. the way i see it though is that 90% of the members here can get enough diet info here on the diet forum to meet their goals.

    more advanced people, maybe not so much, but this place doesnt have too many advanced bodybuilders around anymore compared to the amount of noobs

    Agreed. I know plenty of BBers that have left as they advanced. Its a shame too. It seems like AR was not always this way. However, it is what it is.

    As far as the diet forum is concerned, I agree that its a good starting point. However, if you want to maintain and advanced physic you really need to branch out.

    Thats actually a GREAT idea. A newb section of the board would be fantastic. Keep all the redundant threads in one spot.

    Ditto on this one. ^^ And lets not forget PB's diet thread. The seasoned help is out there johnny, it's just up to the ppl to take advantage of it. They alsohave to want it.

    Maybe after they do it their one way first, then they'll come back and follow solid proven knowledge. Then we can say " I told you so", lol!

    Besides, I see vets and others always bringing up diet to those just asking about cycling (especially if they're new). And to those not getting desired results from they're cycling.

    Here? Proven knowlegde....to a limited degree, sure. Yeah, you can follow the "seasoned" help and do just fine. However, this seasoned help is very general and will not take you to higher levels. That, my friend, is specific to your genetic stats and time is spent dialing that in. Its a trial and error over the period of weeks or months. You will not find that openly shared here as that knowledge is paid for with a high price. Everyone has heard the saying, "we are each unique individuals." Do you think that applies only to personality, LOL?

    Ill put it this way, which leads me to my original point. I will bet my whole life that if your diet was dialed in correctly, and you used the correct natural suppliments (complete aminos / proteins, etc.) you would get better results faster that what youre doing right now in conjunction with anabolics.

    You just lost that bet johnny,lol! For the past 4 yrs my training has been intense and consistent. Diet has been clean, abiet a small tweak of improvement would always be something to consider always.

    Supplements you say? I have little faith in them. Tried many and wasted big dollars doing so. Creatine, Whey Pro. and Multi-Vites are it for me bro. I've reached my gen potential and am ready for the next level. Only thing holding me back is more knowledge from this board + books, aaaaaand...Cutting naturally b4 starting the test cycle.
