    Do think u spend to much time on the AR board

    I spend way to much time on this borad. But I love coming here. It's been very helpful and there good people on this board.

    ALL F'N DAY!!!!! I have a problem!
    All day @ work and when I'm home....
    All day I have AR up on my PC>> ALL day I'm looking for ways to gain! ALL F'N DAY!!!!!!!!!!! and I'm still 180lbs!!!!!! For my 33rd bday, oct 30th, I'm asking for 25lbs of lean muscle and some legs !!!! what the F* my girls says I need help! I can't wait to do my 1st cycle so that I see if I put what I learned together correctly!

    Well I look at it like this... I'd rather spend my time on the board then be out sitting on a bar stool getting fat. Half the guys I know in school go out night after night drinking, and eating pizza @ 2am then they wonder why they look like shit. I don't think it's a bad thing that we try to better ourselves by reading post's etc on this board....

    1) Check email
    2) Get a cup of coffee
    3) Check voice mail
    4) I go right to AR eat egg whites and wonder what I missed since I last logged on last night!

    I have an AR problem... i have become addicted. it started as a mere hobby then out of no where i start checking the board before i do anything else. i missed class today bc i was to busy reading all the post over last night bc i went out. looks like i need to get my shit together
