    I dunno..

    The thumbs up pose sure beats the bicep pose-off with the obviously tiny fan.

    The bicep pose-off makes the bodybuilder look like a show-off meathead lol.

    I think i prefer the thumbs up and fake smile times better.

    well i would start a thread about the bicep pose off if they did that insted, just smile or shake a hand and smile thumbs up is so Fonzie from happy days. I do the finger up the BBers ass they never see that coming, and surprisingly a lot of them like it......then they drop their hands rather quickly and have an awful look n their face, but at least i dont get the thumbs up pose from them after that

    True, I mean there is nothing else they can do but stand there. And for most of the fans that are there to take a picture with a pro bodybuilder, they want them flexing not just standing there. After all this is their profession and why we are fans.

    The only one time I justified someone wearing a fanny pack at the gym was he was deadlifting some heavy weight and he had his lifting chalk in a ziplock baggy in it...LOL

    I've seen other pull out a tape walkman or a CD player out of their fanny packs...that is soooooooooo 1985 and 1995 respectively. Get an iPod for God's sake...LOL
