nick hogan seems to be getting alot of grief over this from everyone, im assuming he feels horrible about it. BUT, saying that, as much as i agree that he was never forced into the car, why has nick hogan never publicly shown any remorse or made an attempt at an apology? or has he and i just missed it?

I thougt the sentence was 8 months. He will most likely only do 5-6 months if that is what was meant. As for him not apologizing publicly maybe his lawyer has instructed him not to. May be looked at as admission of guilt who knows.
I think Nick's sentence was fine. If a few months in jail teaches him or some other street racer to slow down then its all good. I'm sure Nick feels horrible about the accident who wouldn't even if it was a complete stranger that was injured much less a friend.
As for John Graziano it really is a terrible thing such a young guy and his life is most likely over with but he was friend's with Nick knew he was a drift car racer and I'm sure he knew what kind of horse power that supra had yet he still choose to get in the car and not put on his seat belt.
I think the media should leave the boy alone let him do his time and probation but we all know that won't happen too many ppl are more interested in what Britney , Paris, and Lindsey are up to than to worry about anything real like the economy.
But thats just my opinion.

u know he feels like shit but cmon guys when u were young how many times did u get into a car with ur drunk buddy or how many times did u drink and drive with all your buddies. we all did stupid shit when we were young and we all could have ended up in the same boat.

Here is a phone conversation where Hulk Hogan & Nick Hogan blame John Graziano for this tragedy and then Hulk & Nick talk about how to turn this into a reality show for the most amout of money….

I think the Hogans are real POS that are nothing more than rich trailer park trash…

im 36 and i would be a hypocrite if i sat here and said i never drink and drove and it only takes once for something trajic to happen. i havent had a drink in 6 yrs and i stopped mainly cause i wanted the full benefits from my gear. but if u can sit here and say ur an angel and have never done anything that could have had consequences then i commend u. but the majority of us have run the gauntlet and made it to the other side.

They should have let the guy die in peace. whats the point of living like that. And the hogan's conversation is ridiculous considering how they reacted in the phone conversation. Oh well i'm sure karma's gonna be a bitch coming around.

well driving when your totaly drunk is just stupid.
Hell everyone loves to drive fast and "race" a bit.
But people who do so on busy roads while intoxicated deserve so.
I dont know why people all think speeding is dangerous. In europe the speeds are way faster and less accidents. I myself can be a bad driver, when i am in slow traffic i pay not attention and get frustrated and play with my phone and the radio.
When the roads empty and i drive faster i am "in the zone" and focus much more.
Racing on busy streets is stupid thought as your endangering others.
Driving intoxicated is just not safe for yourself and others.

Yeah, I think Nick should own up and be a man about the accident. I thought it was an innocent driver that he ran into that got crippled. The worse part about it is that they think they are the misfortunate ones.
The mom cries that she has lost her son to jail and that the other family still has their kid. Their is not much of a kid left, he's a vegetable. That story and the hogans make me sick. Trying tomake money off this tragerdy.

This kid is an extreme example of what could have happned if you drive drunk. I think back when I was younger, how stupid I really was on not caring about stuff and how careless I was. I never street raced but still did some bad stuff which could have turned out like this outcome. I really was stupid back then. I think every kid should see this video in school to see the outcome of stuff.

What a jerk, how can he be excited to make this horrible accident into something that shows no regard towards the one who was hurt just to cash in. I think he's a pathetic POS and I wish the damage would have been done to him instead of someone who is supposedly negative but yet served 2 tours in Iraq as Marine.
