why majority of people are overweight ...
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=NnPDWklSLz8
... because of having a family like this. My family made me eat so much till I reached 280 lbs then I had to make sacrifice which I lost to 190 lbs. My parents are the exact same, they keep frustrating me with their crap. They say eat twice a day if i want to lose weight. I always need to go ignore mode till they get tired of whining.
Anyone else have family like this?

The worst thing is when everyone is eating next to you and they all start talking about food, like how much should one eat, what is good for you and what isn’t… drives me nuts!
I never hear these kind of talks when all are eating “normal” food.

His brother competes in "Strong Men" competitions and has a gym where I grew up.
I think everyone has family and friends that comment this way, I think for the documentary Mike's family did it a little more. A lot of people just do not understand what it takes to prepare for a show.

what I think is funny about these stories is this.
the only time everone else gets concerned about health, and its damn sudden, is when they see someone physically superior. "all that protein he is eating will damage his kidneys (for ex)"......"so really, I am better off being the lazy me, because if I did that my kidneys would get ruined, so really I will be better off in the long run"
people twist things however they want, no matter how irrational, to walk away feeling good about themselves and avoiding feelings of inferiority.
