I've heard that too but I think that's a little harsh. Someone can have a drink or two after a bad day and that doesn't make them a alcoholic.

Alcoholism by definition has to do with EXCESSIVE drinking and not being able to stop even though there are negative effects on your health and social consequences. Interesting day this is. I really haven't drank much in the last year and I am drinking by myself right now too. I need to be numb. I need to escape till I sleep. Then I deal with the crap in the morning.

If nothing else I might look dry and ripped in the morning. I should put the spray tan on now.
