    PO Boxes

I was at the PO the other day and asked what the rates were.. they were pretty cheap...

But, if you still need to list, with ID, who the box belongs to to the PO... no big surprise, really since this is controlled by the Gov, when you think about it.. since they would want to know who to charge w/ any fraud, crimes, etc...

The question is, why is it an advantage to have a PO Box, if anything illegal sent to it (if ur using to have AAS sent to it) will be linked to you anyway?

think mailbox's etc or UPS store with mailbox's....also think naming your box after a business (no business ID required here) and using your "business name" to get stuff sent to.

i thought those places required business papers in order to receive using your "business name"

you can track orders, if they are delayed,,,,,,,red flag. Also make sure you give them your ID and not a fake one

Even if you don't do a business name, it's still pretty hard to attempt to pull of a controlled delivery at a po box store. Even if it is signed for by the store, and then in turned signed for by you, this will not be enough to get a warrant to search your house b/c home is where we get the highest expectation of privacy and there is no evidence connecting your signing for the package at the store and bringing it to your house.

You can also use fake ID to get a po box if you know how to go about it right. Then the most they are going to have are your prints and a picture of you. If you not in the system your a ghost, not that cops would run prints on forms you touched anyway for something lame like ordering steroids to a po box. To 'bust' you they would have to stake out the place and get you in possession after you leave the place with the package.

I've heard of one case of a po box being staked out and it was for something bigtime like pedophile dudes or someone who skipped on a murder charge and changed his name, etc.

Another advantage is privacy from people you live with FWIW.

OK, UPS store is out.. I was just there while running some errands...

You still need two forms of ID, one has to be picture ID... so they are of no use if ur trying to skirt te issue of easy detection....
