True. Kind of bothers me that people can be so ignorant. People don't realize that this is an elite level of competition. You do what it takes to give you that edge and win. So many people think that athletes feel they have to play fair to get paid and win. Why should they when it doesn't pay off? If you bust your ass training and dieting to be the best, you need everything that you know of that will help you out and give you that extra assistance. I know I would do the same thing if I were in their shoes. Steroids don't make the athlete, they assist the athlete.

I like big will harris saying "I wanted to be a freak" I can relate to that mentality. Why be average/normal!!
I credit Jay for being honest, especially since the media likes to demonize AAS usage.

I hear ya. Being normal/ average sucks. Life is too short just to "get by" and be satisfied being like everyone else. That's how a lot of us on this forum are different from everyone else. My family and friends will never understand how I think and why I am the way I am. I don't even try to explain it.

I don't mind it being demonized. If it was glorified we would have a lot of teenagers abusing it and thinking they can just shoot up and be as big as "Mr. Olmpia". Not to mention all the negative side effects that could com from it.
It takes a special person to be able to be mature enough to handle AAS, dieting, and workouts.

Southern California...he is my favorite trainer. He is awesome, if he can't get you in shape, no one can.
I like how he trains and explains things
