    It sucks being terrible, but it's nice relearning all the stuff I never really learned well enough to be optimal before I started staying on cycle all the frigging time.

    Yeah, I never forgot anything just went through some hard times...

    Haven't been in the gym properly in over 3 years...

    Went through a bit of a depression after some hard family stuff, then got into a new career and then it just took over....now I'm pissed at my fat ass and want to get back to being a beast.
