Ummmmmmmmm
Well How much is too much for u?
there are so many different guidelines.. and different people use different guidelines also..
You would have to do a blood test at a doctor i think..
to see if u have some sort of deficiencies.. and even than i think that might only be for minerals like Iron.. not sure about vitamins.
Protein is in and out so fast .. that it all really depends on how much u consume, same goes with Vitamins.
People who take Accutane for example.. which is a super dose of Vitamin A.. they start getting nasty effects from it within like a week or two..
So just figure out how much u consume on a weekly or daily basis, u should get a rough indication.
Yah there could be medical conditions, that maybe cause u not properly absorb vitamins etc...
thats for a doctor to figure out than, to see if u got some sort of anemia and why it could be.

Doctors can tell if you have to much protein by testing your urine.

I'm going to the docs tomorrow to find out, is there any other vitamins/minerals i should ask to get tested for. I'm going to get my calcium and vitamin d done. I want to find out if it has had any effect on the bone.

Just have him do your hole pallet test. Also see if you can get him to do test and est levels.
