Unfortunately you are part of a society in which you are legally a thief if you download. Thats not debatable or a matter conscience, that just fact.

Anyhow my original comment on this was not made to argue whether individuals are justified in downloading this IP. My point is this forum is usually strict on ensuring that members posts stick within certain moral (e.g. no porn, violence) and legal parameters (no promoting of AAS sales). I find it inconsistent that a thread promoting theft is not censored in line with those same "high standard" parameters.

That's where you are confused. These rules are not made to meet some high moral standards. They are in force as a means of avoiding legal problems for members, and in other cases to avoid causing a hostile environment. Therefore the inconsistency you mention does not exist. Awaken to reality.

Ok, so based on your explanation of the rules:

- This is thread is promoting an illegal activity i.e. theft. How different is this to a thread promoting the sale AAS - its illegal, and has the potential to attract unwanted LE attention to this site or the individuals that actually download post/download the material.

- Well theft in a reasonable persons view is morally wrong and leading to strong opinions. I have voiced my opinion on this and the reactions have been mostly emotional and hostile. Same kind of reactions that come up in other "out of bounds" topics.
