Ok this is going to sound weird... but I listen to this song called byteblock by fear factory during cardio... its only 5 minutes but what I do is day dream about some horrific shit. Like kinda make my own music video of me going into my moms house back in ny one night and find the door busted in... and i walk in all slow and go down stairs and see her being raped by this dude and right when the beat drops i tear him apart and blood is everywhere and all this demonic shit and then i notice someone else is outside and i chase him down in just pound him into the ground. I really get lost in this little vision while listening to this song - and my heart rate will jump up 15 bpm at least. It sounds crazy but it works.

^^^Same here.... it's funny, the last concert I ever went to YEARS AGO, had the Voodoo Glow Skulls opening, followed by Gwar, with the Misfits (long after Danzig left) headlining... cool show, Gwar was crazy.

LOL! Nice. Yeah I saw Gwar at a tiny ass little dive bar in Massillon, Ohio (my hometown). Def something you should experience once in your life. I cant get into the new Misfits, Ive tried.

ohh if you like house youll like trance-its much smoother not as erratic as house but higher energy-more epic in scale than house-easier to lose yourself and get lost in the music

As an avid hip-hop listener, i used to lift to it, but i really cant get into it with someone just rapping over some nice beats. Now adays, it has to be metal and lots of it. Destructive sounds with some maniac screaming the lyrics make me want to chew glass and try to frisbee plates at windows. Your results may vary.

Currently on my ipod, ill try to throw in a link if i can find some:

    glass casket - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XDe4kAAbBqQ

one dead three wounded - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SltESCBtM7A

between the buried and me - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ChNolV4QZd4

    as i lay dying - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jmV9l...eature=related

    children of bodom - http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yLAjKtmT3lk

Some of the videos are whatever, but the sounds are brutal. Enjoy!
