Used one during wrestling in high school, works well but man you can dehidrate fast, sweat pours out the bottom and the sleeves.

pretty much you lose a lot of water weight, and maybe a little bit of fat from getting so hot, but you can't maintain it too long or its unhealthy.

if you have to make weight for something its pretty helpful

I went a little to far on a run one time P with mine on and I woke up in a leave pile. We used to share one ( nasty now that I think about it) and my friends were waiting for like an hour. They were like "you ran for a long time.......why is there leaves in your hair??"

Boxers use them to make a weight if there a overweight for the weigh in, its a quick way to lose weight but its not long term as its only water weight and your that dehydrated you need to replinesh those fluids lost pretty quickly.

You get hot as shit, its just hard to do for a long time. Maybe just wear the shirt or the pants, the whole suit in minutes you boiling over, shit you can run for a few minutes and just sit if you want and you still lose water.

No not really maybe long term if used regualrly it would be helpful but certainly nothing special in fat loss, i remember watching the ufc contender a couple of years ago and a fighter was overweight for the weigh in and he put a bike in a sauna and wore one of these sweatsuits while riding it and he collapsed due to dehydration.
