    To some degree, yes, but it also depends on the amount of control you have over a specific bodypart.

    Frank Zane could do absolutely amazing things with his abs and his stomach vacuum was freaky.

    Ya for real. I wouldnt mind my abs looking that. Seems to be a bit in favoring genetics though.

    I like it better when they try to push their stomachs out to look fat and it pushes the muscles out even more.
