What a load of crap. They always want to put the blame on steroids when it was some idiot abusing them. Who knows if the acne was caused by the steroids or if it was there before.

interestingly, if this severity of acne were anything approaching common, it wouldn't be featured in the clinical vignette. those pages in the medical journals are reserved for uncommon pics.
it's a shame the guy's body turned into a potato later on...
