That is a bad fact.
158,264 is the number of threads as one now in the Anabolic Steroids Forum
16,405 is the number of threads as of now in the Diet Forum.
Now that is pretty messed up.
Diet counts for 60-70% of the results, and yet it got 10% the attention Steroids got.
It should a reversed case.
Diet alone will get you an excellent shape
Diet+steroids will get you a better shape.

I would HOPE that is a sign that people joining are already well educated on diet and just looking for some help to take it to the next level, but that's pretty doubtful. Who needs to eat properly when you're pumped full of magic oils, right?....right?

I think it would be a good idea for some of the Vets or people that answer alot of questions for the newbies to rearrange their starter packs. The first thing you see is beginner test knowledge or how to use hgh/insulin and then way on down the list is diet and training. And we wonder why there are so little threads in the diet section! Also have been seeing alot of people answer newbie questions without getting any stats or knowledge from the person, that is NOT GOOD! This does need to be changed and it needs to start from the top. That would be my suggestion

if people are even looking on this site for cycle advice they should already have their diets down. hell how many threads are there in the lounge? probably more than any forum.
whats funny is since i joined STEROID .COM, ive been in the anabolics section like 2...maybe 3 or 4 times. altho to my credit, i did intend to juice when i came here. now i pretty much come here to entertain myself.

well most ppl who come on here have a perfect diet the problem is ppl dont want to hear about there diet. for some reason ppl get upset when someone tells them that there diet is bad. it doesnt matter where the info is located. it could be the first thread of every section and newbies will still look over it just because it says diet.

Also I think it has to do with the fact that Diet science hasn't changed so much in the last year and yet the science of stacking steroids and other compounds has. Also we all need the same kind of nutrients ie food but just in different quantities

That always ****ing kills me, I admit I have grown rather tired of it. I'm waiting for some motivation to start helping again. haha
Some one joins and gets on here and say's.. "I am looking to gain mass and get huge, what should I take and eat?"...then some moron immediately responds like he knows how to assist someone when the original poster gave no information whatsoever. A bunch of asshats if you ask me.

I did the opposite when I came here, I was in the anabolic section but I spent a lot of time in the AR lounge. Now I am always in the anabolic section and hardly in the AR lounge

The problem is that over 75% of our memebers don't know crap about dieting. Check out the questions and commnts on most threads.
Unfortunatley every body in under estimating what a GOOD diet can do.
My last cycle was a complete oppostie of any other cycle I did and the results were the best by far.
Usually my cycles are 2-3 compounds with high doses (600-750 mg of Test)
the last cycle I did was with only 50 mg Test Prop ED and a strict 9-11 meals plan/day
the results were staggering, almost 30 lbs of LEAN muscle in 16 weeks. Started at 200 lbs 15% BF and now i'm 215 about 8% BF.

honestly man I always thought diet is an important part but never really thought about what I did in the last cycle. and it worked better than any cycle i did. I stayed lean and muscle was getting packed on by the slap, every day i can see a change.
I woke up at night 1-2 times to have my protein. i ate every 1.5 hrs, shoved the food down my throat with water.
drove around with food on my passenger seat, rice and chicken. but shit man the pay off is f-ing HUGE.
