Reliable Thermometer
I got my clen in yesterday, so I immediately went to the store for a thermometer to start keeping track of my waking body temp. I cheaped out and bought the $3 digital oral thermometer. Last Night it read 98.6 but this morning I took it 3 times and came up with 95.9, 97.0, and 96.8. Should I assume I wake up nearly 2 degrees lower in temperature than the average human? Is my thermometer crap and I should o buy a better one?(If so what kind?) Or am I missing something when it comes to taking your temperature orally?

I think you'll be ok with that ther. Your temp will vary though the day, and depends on a lot of variables.

I didn't put too much thought into it and just figured a thermometer's a thermometer. I didn't realize how unreliable they can be or how much my body temp will fluxuate. So what's the best way to tell that my body is still reacting to my clen ? Just make sure I'm still feeling some sides? I know the protocol for taking the product, I've just never taken it and I know everyone is different is why I ask.

temp is the best way, your body temp will vary a little but not that much, I say get yourself a good thermometer and keep an eye on your temp. Start low and increase dose till your temp stops going up or sides get bad, whichever comes first. read the clen guide theres lots of good info in it

Get get what you pay for, for a $3 thermometer you might have been better off buying a magic 8 ball.
Go to CVS and buy a better one for $15
